By accessing, using, or engaging with our services, you (“Customer”, “User”, “You”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all interactions made through our platform, whether via website, phone, or email.

1. Nature of Our Business

1.1 FindCarForRent.com operates as an independent car rental deal provider and not as a direct car rental company.
1.2 We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any specific car rental brand, supplier, or dealer.
1.3 All fares, offers, and promotions listed or communicated through our platform are solely published and introduced by us through our partnered dealers across the United States.
1.4 We act as an intermediary service connecting customers to verified car rental suppliers, based on availability and request.

2. Booking Authorization and Consent

2.1 All bookings are processed only after explicit written consent is provided by the customer via email.
2.2 The consent email sent by FindCarForRent.com contains critical details such as the vehicle category, rental terms, amount, pickup/drop-off details, and cancellation conditions.
2.3 Once the customer provides written approval (by replying “I Agree”, “Confirm”, or similar acknowledgment), the booking is considered final, non-retractable, and legally binding.
2.4 Verbal approvals or telephonic confirmations are not considered valid without a written consent response.

3. Fare Policy

3.1 All fares shared by our agents are subject to real-time availability and may change without prior notice.
3.2 Quotes provided over phone or email do not guarantee availability until booking confirmation is issued.
3.3 Fares include only the base rental amount unless otherwise specified in writing. Additional fees, such as insurance, add-ons, tolls, refueling, or late returns, are the responsibility of the customer.
3.4 Once consented and charged, the fare is non-negotiable and non-transferable.

4. Payment and Processing

4.1 All payments must be completed using legitimate, verifiable payment methods authorized by the cardholder.
4.2 The company reserves the right to cancel any booking suspected of fraudulent activity or unauthorized card use.
4.3 Customers are fully responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and card validity at the time of processing.
4.4 Once a transaction is processed based on customer consent, it cannot be reversed, disputed, or refunded unless explicitly permitted under Section 5 (Refunds and Cancellations).

5. Refunds and Cancellations

5.1 Refunds are strictly governed by the fare rules provided in the consent email before booking confirmation.
5.2 If a booking is marked non-refundable, no refund or credit will be issued under any circumstance.
5.3 Cancellation requests are subject to supplier and dealer policies, not those of FindCarForRent.com.
5.4 We reserve the right to deny any refund or modification if the terms have been clearly disclosed before the transaction.
5.5 Refund processing times may vary depending on supplier approval and payment processor timelines.

6. Liability Disclaimer

6.1 FindCarForRent.com does not own, operate, or control any vehicle. The ultimate service (rental, pickup, vehicle condition, insurance, etc.) is provided by third-party rental dealers.
6.2 We shall not be held liable for:
- Delays, damages, or service denials caused by the rental company.
- Accidents, mechanical failures, or traffic violations during the rental period.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the vehicle.
6.3 Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the rental company’s terms and insurance coverage before taking vehicle possession.

7. Changes or Errors

7.1 FindCarForRent.com reserves the right to correct or modify any pricing, availability, or information errors without prior notice.
7.2 In the event of a pricing discrepancy, we may either honor the correct fare or offer an alternative quote.
7.3 We are not responsible for typographical or system errors that lead to incorrect price display or communication.

8. Customer Responsibility

8.1 Customers must provide accurate personal information, travel details, and communication preferences.
8.2 Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
8.3 Customers must verify the details in their consent email before approving the booking. Once approved, no changes or disputes shall be entertained.
8.4 The person making the booking must be the authorized cardholder or have documented consent from the cardholder.

9. Communication Consent

9.1 By calling, emailing, or requesting a quote on FindCarForRent.com, you authorize us to contact you via phone, text, or email regarding rental deals and booking updates.
9.2 Calls may be recorded for quality, compliance, or dispute resolution purposes.
9.3 Marketing communications may be sent occasionally; you can opt out by notifying our support team in writing.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Any disputes arising from a booking, charge, or communication must be first reported to our support team at support@FindCarForRent.com
10.2 We reserve up to 45 business days to review and respond to disputes.
10.3 Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or public complaints before allowing the company a fair opportunity to resolve the issue.
10.4 All disputes are governed under the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and any legal proceeding shall be held in Dallas County, TX.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, supplier bankruptcy, political unrest, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.

12. Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FindCarForRent.com, its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

13. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to deny service to anyone at any time, with or without reason, especially in cases of fraud suspicion, misrepresentation, or abusive behavior toward staff.
